Found them here with pretty good signal, about  S-9. Best on the Sync Upper Side Band on the E1
Amos and Andy - Kingfish caught j-walking, etc.

 I'm hearing something just above threshold with plenty of noise it will peak and hear voices but not understandable. It has gotten a little better sounds like two men talking.  Hopefully it will improve.
