Hearing music just above static crashes s3 in s2.75 static

Clearly AM but using USB to reduce noise

UnId, 6924.4, 0219, 9/10/14.  Music just above the high static floor.  Barely audible here.

SDR recording catch. 0154 sign on, tough copy with quite a lot of static.
