Open carrier at 2320 UTC, test tones at 2321 UTC, then ambient music at 2322 UTC Just at or above the noise floor here.
2327 UTC Seems to have gone missing

SDR recording catch. 2316 sign on, I heard the tones at 2321 followed by music as Skipmuck reported. Shazam claims it is "Maid Of Orleans" by Orchestral Manoeuvres In The Dark.
Off at 2327. Fair signal here, SIO 322, with a bit of static.
