Title: WW has its own TOP HAT and is unique in that regard to all the other phfers

WW  4078.2kHz has finally been optimized with
a Top Hat....give a listen to this beacon and when
you hear it your smile. The Whip section is only 65 inches
long, the top hat is over 4ft in diameter...

WW had a nice report from Tuscon tonight...
signal much improved...
