Title: CW Numbers Again On 6881 at 0650 UTC 9 October 2014

Same somewhat loopy "fist" as heard a week ago, with an odd "AA" didahdidah character I've not heard on ham CW.  Ended at 0652 on a single "K".  Restarted at 0658 starting out with a "DE X--".  Mexican military comms, maybe?  Stopped at 0700.
