The audio disappeared for a little bit but is back.  Nice sig 15 over.  Still no ID.

Seems off at 2230. Back about a minute latter playing dance type music (I guess).

The audio is in and out.  They have some gremlins.  They're still transmitting.

Very weak signal so far . Can tell there's music. Maybe it will improve as darkness approaches.
