SINPO: 23322 - poor to very poor

0304 - Carrier noted and into blues/r&b song
           Never heard an ID at 0312
           More bluesy music followed
0333 - Apparent S/Off - QRT

Signal strength was better towards the beginning of the show. Thanks !

SDR recording catch, fairly weak here, not much above the noise floor.
