There was an ID ?????? Pirate Shortwave, but did not catch 2242

VAST improvement in signal at 2250/ Now S9 into North Georgia.

Just above the noise

2241 - Hearing spooky noises on frequency
           wind blowing, howls, shrieks, screams, some ominous music
2250 - Positive ID by OM as "Radio GaGa Testing"
2255 - at S7 now with more Halloween Sound Effects
2303 - faded down under the noise level

Wind blowing and screams. Thought that I heard an id at 2243z.
I concur with the Radio GaGa id.

strong above noise - now music - ramones - all  dead now(?)
