I listened to the closing announcement a dozen times, and the best I can pull out of the noise (take this with a pound of salt):
"...69...studio...diamond...good night"

S3 to S4 here, just above the noise. Country music. What I hear sounds like good audio.

Pretty strong here at about 0112 utc. I couldn't listen long, I had to prepare for rain.

SDR recording catch. 0106 sign on with "On the Road Again". Pretty weak, about SIO 211, QRM from the peskies.
Possible ID at 0122, but too weak to make out any details.
