Weak but clear copy here at S3 or so.  Music now and shout-outs over music.  Music is punching through a bit better than the announcements.

Initially SINPO=35433 in Ukraine and up to 45434 during last 5-10 minutes of the transmission. Thanks for the show, Sluwe!
