Been checking this frequency before going to work in the mornings (11:00z-12:00z slot). Passport shows DPRK at 6248v & by the sound of the broadcast this should fit the bill. I have to listen in LSB to avoid the 'slot machine' on 6250, but it's a cool indicater of conditions from that side of the globe.
