I've been able to dig up some verified information for the local Indonesian SAR operations around Jakarta. The agency in charge is nicknamed BASARNAS or Badan SAR Nasional which translates to National Search and Rescue Agency.

Here are their primary frequencies during SAR operations:

VHF / AM

123.1 MHz
282.8 MHZ

HF

3023 KHz
5,680 KHz
13 545 MHz

UHF

Tx: 356 250 MHz
Rx: 351 250 MHZ

VHF

Tx: 159 300 MHz
Rx: 154 300 MHz

SATCOM (Seems to be only when necessary.  From what I've read it is used only when other modes of communication have failed.)

I believe I also found their ALE Station ID as "WTK" and they use 3596.0 and 7049.5 for at least two of their frequencies.  I'm not certain if each SAR station has their own identifier or if they use a single identifier.
