Only tentative because the only broadcast listed here is Radio Free Asia and their power (tentative) is only 100W; this station was peaking at 20 over 9 at times; a new CRI frequency? Language sounded like Chinese; they seem to have as many frequencies listed as the old Radio Moscow; time pips to 1600 then off; it could be them since a weak station, probably Radio Free Asia was heard in the background; Firedrake has been reported on this frequency in past but this was a program...not the Firedrake music; SIO: 555; station back on at 1614.
