Title: Cupid Radio on 3940 Khz

I am currently listening to a station on 3940 Khz which is playing rock music such as AC/DC. I only caught part of the ID as reception is poor but it was "this is xxx Radio from the Netherlands". Any one have any ideas who this maybe?

Cupid Radio is currently on 3940kHz.
