Music, ID of "WHJR Hey Joe Radio" at 2307.  SIO 322, QRM from the peskies. 
Into another cover of Hey Joe, as you might expect.

2311 - Seeing an intermittent carrier on freq. but no audio so far.

Hey Joe version by the Byrds followed by ID and email @ 2311z.  S4 to S5 but heavy QRM from the peskies.

Got em here. Weak but when it does fade in, it fades in strong. Hearing some talking right now right after a song ended. Now into a new song, I think.

2315Z just caught an ID from whjr radio
not real strong but can make out some of the music.
have a qsl from him from back in 2006.
