Title: 6250 khz - 19:40 UTC - March 11th - Echo Of Hope (VOH)?

Is anybody else hearing this broadcast? It's coming into Central England reasonably well (3-4-3-2-3) and free from any jamming by the sounds of it. Much clearer than I've heard it before. Can anybody confirm its identity? Thanks

Glen, I heard something there at roughly 10:30 UTC this morning. Nice signal, solid audio, but damned if I could figure out what they were saying?

Let me know if you get a positive id on this one.
