SDR Recording Catch
SINPO: 33222

0353 to 0357 - Sound effect like a machine starting, then into high pitched repetitive song by YL,
                       mid song OM took over which definitely sounded like rap. Had to look
                       and listen twice, was strange sounding, almost a foreign language.
                       Song had some nice sound effects, looked nice on the waterfall.
                       One and done. No ID.
                       Was on just before XFM Signed on.

Peskie, or "legit pirate" ?? Anyone else catch this?
Or a continuation of Peskie Party Radio?

I had this on the SDR recording as well. Tough to say if it was pirate or pesky. A good signal here, SIO 333-444.
