OLD TIME RADIO / 6770 AM/ APR 05/ 0455-0502+. 
Big bamd music leading into a man discussing something.  No clear copy because program rarely above the noise floor here.
This is so frustrating.  I know the station is there, hear it regularly :'(, but never get a decent chance to hear it.

Just above the noise floor at 05:14 on the west coast (Victoria, BC)
