I easily copied "V1RGO/B" on 13561.50 kHz,  CW ~ 8 wpm repeating it's ID until fadeout at 0232 UTC.

I found this mention of the V1RGO/B beacon from what appears to be a reprint of Glenn Hauser's column: see the entry seen as the third full paragraph from the end, labeled as " UNIDENTIFIED. 13562 ".

V1RGO/B  now readable by ear at 1400z RST=339, but I could see it on the waterfall at 1000z
