SDR recording catch. Carrier came up at 0402. Perhaps some faint traces of audio, but not much. Off at 0413.
Came back on at 0416 with SSTV, still in AM mode.
SSTV again at 0419, but in USB mode this time. I am posting that image, as it was received with better quality:

Recorder Catch on 6925 USB
I have nothing between 0402 and 0413, but I do have some weak unid mx intermittently between 0328 and 0341.
MMSSTV did cap the image you posted at 0418, but I got very poor quality here.

Yep, I went back to the SDR recording, and there is a carrier from 0328 to 0341, with some faint music.

Just to confirm that this image is the front cover of the classic reggae album Heart Of The Congos by The Congos, produced by the legendary Lee 'Scratch' Perry. It happens to be one of my very favourite albums of all time and, coincidentally, I had just done a search on ebay for the band literally two minutes ago. :o
