AM signal with lots of QRM from Spanish stations.
Heard some talk and music, but too much co-channel QRM on 6925

S3 here at 0204 with ID as Toynbee Radio ?

Had the audio too.

12 tone ute on 6.925.5.

I didn't see this until 0210 - if it was still on nothing was audible here in Mentor, Ohio.

SDR recording catch. 0155 sign on. Very tough copy, pescadores to the left, Putin modem to the right, and here I am, stuck in the middle with a weak signal.

Music heard starting around 0156.
0159 TVC Tango Victor Charlie repeated
0201 More music
0204 TVC Tango Victor Charlie repeated again, Toynbee Radio ID repeated.

0159 - Heard a little heterodyne on freq. and peskies on lsb making this catch difficult
0205 - S/Off - QRT - Het is gone, but peskies remain on lsb
