Title: Rouge beacon

I was listening down in the Xtra part of the 40 meter band
hoping to have a QRP cw qso and I'm hearing at 19dash/min
beacon 7020khz...
pretty strong into Colorado at 1630utc
Anyone else hr this and any ideas about it?

it stopped at 1643utc I was listening on the Cleveland Tuners and the Wis tuner
a ham must have had his keyer going off...who ever there were running some power ...
