Title: Local WKDN on 965kHz instead of 950 where they should be

Don't know what on earth is going on..but for some reason WKDN (Philadelphia, PA) is way off frequency.

Dirty switch in the frequency synthesizer perhaps.  I've seen the same issue on BE and Continental FM exciters.
