Hearing music here now very low but above the noise floor
There was a carrier on 6951 also, but 6949.6 seems to be off sometime before 0200 UTC. Oh well...thanks whoever you were!

Same here. T-storm static is ripping them apart.

SDR recording catch. Signed on around 0148 with a very unstable carrier and music (Gorillaz?)
Off at 0150.
Back on at 0151, Gorillaz "Feel Good Inc"
Off at 0157.
