What unique physical items have you received as a QSL? Here are three I have received:

I received the same nice wall clock from Captain Morgan Shortwave, which has bin so fare they only physical item in my collection.

Very nice Chris . In addition to the clock QSL from Captain Morgan and radio tube QSL from Pseudo Radio received mouse pad QSL from Dead Cat Radio. Thanks again to all .
-
I only have QSL-puzzle from The Voice of Guang-hua (Taiwan).
-
Haven't received any unique items as of yet but looking forward to the day it shows up. ;D
-
Not so much as an "Item" but thought this QSL from the Voice of Intoxication was kind of unique. (click on pics to enlarge) QSL made from a COORS 12 pack beer case. (Possibly the beers were drunk during the broadcast?) ;D

One difference for me is that I have a plaster fish from Radio Repulso. I also have a rubber chicken from CSIC. I think those are my only physical item QSLs, in addition to the others that you mentioned.

By far, I have received more physical items from SWBC stations. From pirates, my favorite is this bumper sticker which is still hanging above my desk:

I received this from ff in response for a report which included a prepared veri card in the shape of a garbanzo bean. Fair trade!

Apparently, no one loves me :'(
Only stuff I got was when I was on ANARC net years ago, when I would receive pennants & other stuff...
Nothing from this life... SIGH
I just got stickers from WAZU...
It's a start!
Thanks, yes I do W-A-Z-U!!!

From Current Time Radio (http://www.hfunderground.com/wiki/Current_Time_Radio), an atomic clock synced to Fort Collins, CO, which is remarkably accurate despite the heavy haze of pungent weed smoke over the state.
Also a nice beer glass that sees regular use, some Cuckoo's Nest memorabilia, and various stickers.

And from Dead Cat Radio, a hair ball. At least I hope it's a hair ball.
From Dead Transmitter Radio, a burned out FET.

That cracked me up. Made me come up with of another station/slogan combination... "Radio Mustard"... We're not nuts. We're condiments. We've been promoted!

That's an impressive QSL from Current Time Radio, Lex!
Already posted in another thread, but my Toynbee Radio tile QSL is nifty:

The flotsam and jetsom flows both ways. Back in my Garbanzo years I received lots of GREAT stuff from listeners. Joe Farley sent his highly memorable pre-made QSL card shaped like a bean (I'm still looking Joe - I think Harry stole it!). Andy Yoder sent a report in written entirely on the back side of a label from a can of garbanzo beans. Phil Schoenthal sent a "repurposed" beer bottle with a homemade label for "Douche Beer" (in response to one of our parody spots). There have been literally hundreds of great postcards and the like. From ham cards and local interest cards to an actual promotional picture playing card from pro wrestler Jesse Rose "Mister Perfect". But of all the unique and funny and crazy and delightful things I received over the years, my all time "unique-est" thing of all is:
A BONE sent to me by Marina Pappas of SD. BONE = "Best Operator, None Excepted" Although I doubt the title was truly earned, I happily excepted Marina's gift

This has always been one of the most fun things for me about our "collective obsession" - sharing with other similar minded folks in unique ways and sharing unique things. I have nothing against e-qsls but compared to the old way of connecting, they're very one-dimensional. Hopefully trust can be rebuilt over time and we can re-discover the joys of "swapping via snail" again - a truly unique aspect of our truly unique pastime...

(I'm still looking Joe - I think Harry stole it!).
"Harry, keep the change bean!"

"Harry, keep the change bean!"
;D
And "I am the morning dee jay at W-O-L-Dee-dee-dee-dee...!"
