Caught VOK (The DPRK, Voice of Korea) on both 15245 and 13760 in Korean. Signal was fluttery and weak but I used the sync operation on the Tecsun 660 and was able to boost some audio. Still have not gotten an email back from them but Kimmy is probably busy using the internet..

Listening to the "news" this morning @ ~1520z on 9435kHz, heard what sounded like the prerecorded tape running at the wrong speed. Most times in the past it was occasional power failures at the transmitting site.
