Came back mentioning only 10 watts.

S8 into Rockford, Illinois tonight

2330 - Steven Testing, OK ?
2338 - sounds a tad distorted, but intelligible
2338 - someone answered you, sounds good they said
           maybe heard another station too responding
2342 - asking if someone was going to do a pirate radio show
           this sounded much better

Came up for tests three times starting at 23:30 UTC when I came on.
Its working here in VA 23:37.
No distortion here.
Light copy that time 23:42..your sitting there waiting
