Like every night for the last couple weeks, there appear to be a pair of pirates on 14295 AM. One station is on 14295.0 AM and is voice in Spanish with music, the bearing suggest Caribbean, but that is a weak maybe at best. The other station is on 14295.16 AM and far too weak for me to get more than a carrier on, bearing suggest Europe.
These stations have been up pretty much nightly for the past couple weeks at least, maybe longer.

I checked the Twente SDR for the European bearing signal. On the attached screenshot are clearly two signals visible.
On 14295 kHz USB was someone speaking in Spanish language. Unfortunately was the signal only S5 and hard to understand.
I'm curious what the souce off these signals is.
Could 14295kHz be a harmonic from 4765 kHz on which Radio Progress broadcasts around this time?

Nothing heard on my end tonight

Yes, that is a possible answer for the station on 14295.0 kHz, although I have never copied both stations at the same time well enough to confirm the same audio. But, 4765 is a tad over 9 Hz high, and 14295 is about 29 Hz high, 3 times the frequency offset, that would strongly suggest the third harmonic.
That still leave the 14295.16 station, and I have not found anything that might be placing that as a harmonic.

(edit) Ding Ding Ding, we have a winner. Good call Oliver. Both stations were never strong enough at the same time tonight for me to compare the audio, however both went off the air at the exact same time at 0402:08z.
That is quite the harmonic there.
