1917Z Have weak carrier, unable to pull out any audio. Also local QRM partially interfering.

Weak carrier in Calif.  The USB of Spaceshuttle is blocked by the LSB of Radio Marti.

 I have been monitoring this signal for the past 20 minutes and have a heard some music bleed through a couple minutes ago I also was listening to it on computer and they are playing some shortwave slogans or music of stations worldwide. But they should go back a hour or two in order for those in the west could hear it better.

13600 kHz AM - 1938 UTC - Hobart Radio Int'l with pirate DX news. SINPO=55444 in Kiev.
