Various types of sound effects on now. S3 in the noise could be some talk but unable to make that out.

0150 - various sound effects - buzzing airplanes, sirens, etc.  In and out of static floor here.  Some music like singing now (0156)

Fair signal. Announcements saying "Warning (unknown) detected".

0220 UTC, hearing a OM talking but that's about it.
Signal S2-S3 and almost completely buried in the noise floor.
