Same heard here since 0100z, does sound like the annual Amelia Earhart "Hello, Itasca" program. Fair signal to indoor portable on whip through the usual suburban RFI.
0112z: Definitely the annual Amelia Earhart "Hello, Itasca" program. Voice transmissions with Itasca requesting KHAQQ to change frequencies ("It is not possible to take a bearing on this frequency"), Earhart giving estimates of her distance. Intermittent CW messages.
0118z: "We are flying at 1,000 feet. KHAQQ out."
0119z: Earhart to Itasca, "We received your signal, please take bearing on us..."
0122z: Itasca requests any stations listening to monitor 6210, 3105 and 500 kc emergency frequency.
I think I've heard this every summer since 2007 or 2008, usually with a pretty good signal even to an indoor portable here in N. Central Texas. Some years the program has also been accompanied by jazzy period music.
0128z: Some sort of data burst, not sure if related to Earhart program.
