Yes it is Liquid Radio. Lots of static here tonight, but I'm hearing it above the static. Good music. Great audio

It's right at my (high) noise level - just picking up snippets of audio

SDR recording catch, 0238-0351. Mostly just a carrier, some bits of audio now and then.
