30 July, 2029gmt., 15.170, R. Romania Int. to N.A., heard the musical before actual broadcast; signal poor but no fade or interference.

RRI usaully comes in real good at that
time and freq. on the east coast. I listen to that one often and
9730 kHz @ 0300z on my way home from
work.

Yes, good sign your picking them up.

RRI is one of my favorite BC stations.
And the interval signal is very catchy.

I've spent alot of time trying to get a QSL
card, but still no luck. They're a huge station
around the globe and probably get tons of
reports. Maybe I'll try snail mail.

As a tip for a fellow QSLer: Snail mail works for RRI.  I need to write to them again, while I think of it...

Plus, the chicks on RRI sound really hot.

Unless the band is really in the crapper, 9730 is always solid here.

9730 is good here, 11800 is better. That for the broadcast at 0000-0100 UTC.
