Sounds like audio from the movie The Caine Mutiny.
A good signal, stronger than the earlier SSTV.

On abrupt at 0028 UTC with audio from 1954 Caine Mutiny...off and back up again at 2031 UTC with more of the same.
2038 UTC OM with Amphetamine Radio ID, into SSTV
