With a lot of work I can hear something. Sounds like OM saying something. Maybe some music in the noise, but it's tough getting much more than that.

Nothing but carrier here, but that's better than I've gotten in a LONG time.

Correction: If I switch antennas, I get a teeeeeeeeny bit of audio, but nothing intelligible.

Noted from 0326 on the SDR recording. Very weak, just bits of audio, unfortunately.
