S4 carrier with only trace audio noted.

2053 up to + .150 with definite mx being heard

Recorded audio while running errands, and solid LR ID at 2148.

2108 - Seeing a very weak intermittent carrier on freq. with no audio
           discernible :(

Weak carrier on 6925.17 at 2117z. Liquid Radio, I presume  ;D
