Title: Outband hams

Stumbled across whilst hunting for New Years pirate broadcasts @ 0500-0530 UTC 6923 USB.

Ragchew in my local Vancouver area of two gents with the odd third one in half Chinese, half english (typical of west coast Chinese speakers).

Casual enough QSO they spoke enough detail of their neighborhoods so a local could easily find their QTH.

I have heard them before in Indiana. Also there is a couple of English speaking stations show up off/on on ssb and chat.

Crab fishermen in the Georgia and Juan de Fuca Strait occasionally pop up around here too with the same dialect or in english.
