Rather unusual to hear R. Romania this early in the season/day, 2045gmt., 15.170 (fair) & 13.650 (poor),
some sort of commentary with man & woman sharing in presenting whatever they're talking about.

Fingers oh so crossed!  These summer conditions have really been iffy.
