i thought initially it was a pesky, but the piped in music and occasional female voice didnt lend much validity to that.
will have to keep my ear on it for a while.

Post by: PghScanner on September 13, 2015, 0350 UTC: I thought I was hearing some music and OM announcing, It certainly was not English, but could not make it out. I was getting it in AM mode. The audio sounded fuzzy, It has since faded.
