Some weak dance music, lots of thumping, Liquid Radio?

Carrier noted at 0013 UTC and now at 0017 UTC a bit of thumpage and electronica just above the noise

Had antennae disconnected for a while.

Just barely visible carrier now, and no chance for an ID.
