30 meters was open to Europe today so I watched 10237.7 for awhile.
I could hear some audio (cw) pop out of the noise at times and could
see the signal using Spectran. It was riding in and out of the noise here.
Hopefully will be able to get some decent audio to capture for a positive
ID.
