There were several (maybe 3?) frames sent sequentially around this time, and the signal strength increased dramatically throughout the TX period.  MMSSTV capped what appears to be the last frame, Scottie DX @ 1112z:

1108 - Hearing very faint SSTV on frequency, but too weak for a decode.
1112 - SSTV ended
1112 - Another SSTV
1116 - SSTV ended
