17690 CRI - Jinhua. English to Oc at 0910, booming signal at S9 +20dB, NF (probably ex 13790). ALSO - 15210 is another NF for this service also heard at this time with an excellent signal. Oct 27.

Also just discovered 15185 is a NF and running // but much weaker there due to beam headed to SAs.
