KX 4097.54 kHz has been planted in the mountains of Oklahoma...
this beacon sends the temp inside the beacon , the temp outside the beacon
and the battery voltage...
Much time and effort has gone into this beacon...many of us have waited for over
a year for it to be back on the air....

KX heard in Colorado at 2216utc
at noise floor on the HQ 180 100 ft end fed wire

evening all.
I have KX in here now 0302z in and out of the noise. I started hearing it around 0152z.
It does have a good solid signal when it peaks up.

freq was 4097.54 khz in cw mode.

No copy today (if it's at its previously published 4Mhz freq). Propagation is poor. Even CO who normally booms in here is only copyable on QSB peaks. ... No copy on Peanut today.
