Radio Ronin Shortwave id at 0251z. After the song Putting On The Ritz the op transmitted this SSTV image.

  Hearing something on this frequency sounds like country music  and yet I am receiving on 6924.60 kHz USB good signal but there seems to be a problem with modulation. 02:52UTC in South Carolina.

On 6924.8, Radio Ronin ID @ 0252 and into a bit "Man of Constant Sorrow" and then "Puttin' on the Ritz".

SDR recording catch. I am pretty sure this was USB, not AM?

From  the SSTV sent at 0255, looks like the frequency was 6924.8 kHz:
