2303z female announcer
2314z ID w/echo


s4-5 [I should note some mod/hvy UTE QRM/wideband/low level & occasional OTH on top of that]

Thank you DimBulb & Claudio for ID. Yes, I am seeing same micro carriers + OTH pings making it a rough copy

Been hearing from about 2200z with fair signal but some annoying QRM from extra-wideband UTE with lots of carriers spaced about 300hz.  This QRM makes copying the ID's impossible.

2245z Claudio_Italy tells me this is Marabu.

Been hearing bits and pieces of music here since 2310 UTC but mostly at noise floor. Poor copy when audible

 I am hearing a signal here but weak here some music coming up from the mud, but difficult to hear! Signal here 23:42UTC.

I have them here in Iowa at about an S3 to 4+. Tough copy, but audible. SIO 222
