Title: Letter Beacon in UHF Milsat band
Post by: SV1XV on December 06, 2015, 0540 UTC
Marco I4IBR / I4-20126 (http://www.centrodata.com/i4ibr/main.php?p=wi_pag00) discovered a letter beacon "Z" on 268.05 MHz (UHF), which is the downlink of SICRAL 1B satellite for the Italian Navy. He used an AR-3000 with home-made LNA and a 3 element antenna pointing south.

For more information, see the original post (in italian): Letter Beacon in banda UHF Milsat  (http://air-radiorama.blogspot.gr/2015/12/letter-beacon-in-banda-uhf-milsat.html).
