01:52 hearing talking about something. Good signal audio a bit muffled. Solid S8 signal

0200 utc, announcer talking with theme music playing in the background on 6955.2 AM. Good signal but was down by 0203 utc.

Strong signal and slightly muffled audio.
Suddenly off @ 0204.
This was likely a KIPM broadcast.

 I receive the signal on 6955khz around 01:50UTC there were men discussing something but it was not clear here in South Carolina! Signal level was good but not clear!

I had this from  0137 to 0204 on the SDR recording. Not much more than a carrier except for a peak around 0153 to reveal Alan Maxwell's voice!
