OM talking, sounds like a relay or recording of a commercial broadcast station? I think I heard a mention of WOR.

Still going at 1820z, but much weaker than earlier.

I can see it on the waterfall here, and pull out bits of audio, mainly an OM voice talking at 1904 UTC. Generously though, this would be S1 or S2 currently.

Edit: came up quite a bit to S4-ish just a few minutes later at 1906 UTC.

A brief second of Average White Band faded up at 2040.

Otherwise, the weakest of carriers all afternoon here.
