I've been tuning back and forth to this one for some time. All I can really report is they're having conversation in English but the signal is too weak and fluttery to make much out. Deep fades with some QRM from the TIS station when they peak together. SIO 231. Anyone else hearing this?

I'm about 3 miles from the Springfield Armory and this TIS is relentless 24 hours a day 7 days a week. They recently changed from an OM to a YL announcer with the looped message. Sometimes I hear something under this, and last night there was something there. Can't make out who or what because the TIS doesn't let up long enough to catch their breath....and now Springfield, MA will be adding on some more TIS as the Viaduct goes through some extensive rehabilitation. Along with the building of the MGM Casino here in 2016, it should be a real trial to negotiate around the highways and the downtown area of the city. I suggest coming in from the Mass Pike side if someone has business to conduct in the city....
